1) Examples just had to be made. And so it was that world number tennis champion Novak Djokovic has been deported from Australia. As part of their political case, government lawyers argued that allowing Djokovic to stay in Australia would turn him into an “icon of free choice”. Though you’d be lucky to still find references to this phrase online.
The London Times does concede that government lawyers used the word “icon” to oppose Djokovic remaining. The BBC attributes this to Djokovic having become and “anti-vax icon” for groups on Telegram app, without directly quoting the government’s lawyers. However, government lawyers appear to have argued specifically that Djokovic was in danger of becoming an “icon of free choice”. Online search engines had apparently captured the entire phrase, even though it now seems to have been removed from news website.
This comes as an opinion poll for Australian newspaper The Age showed that “almost three-quarters of Australians believed Djokovic should be sent home without playing in the Australian Open.”
We are now at a stage where it is common knowledge that Covid vaccines do not stop infection or transmission, nor reduce either beyond 12 weeks, while we simultaneously insist on demonising and punishing the vaccine-free for daring to refuse the state’s writ. Meanwhile, such behaviour is openly defended - not by science (which no longer supports any of this hysteria) - but by pointing to the danger of those who may incite free choice by their mere existence.
This is how far through the looking glass we have gone.
2) The problem is not restricted to Australia. Recently, a new Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey found that US Democrats appear even more hardened against the vaccine-free. The results are shocking:
55% of Democratic voters would support a federal or state government fine for those who choose not to get a COVID-19 vaccine
Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Democratic voters would favour a government policy requiring that citizens remain confined to their homes at all times, except for emergencies, if they refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine
Nearly half (48%) of Democratic voters think federal and state governments should be able to fine or imprison individuals who publicly question the efficacy of the existing COVID-19 vaccines on social media, television, radio, or in online or digital publications
Forty-five percent (45%) of Democrats would favour governments requiring citizens to temporarily live in designated facilities or locations if they refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine
47% of Democrats favour a government tracking program for those who won’t get the COVID-19 vaccine
Twenty-nine percent (29%) of Democratic voters would support temporarily removing parents’ custody of their children if parents refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine
This last answer cannot be put down to pollsters merely asking a provocative question. A Canadian judge in Quebec has already ruled to separate a vaccine-free father from his child:
3) In the space of two years, our personal health has been securitised and nationalised. As the Guardian reports, the vaccine-free are now framed within the national security paradigm, which serves as an ominous precursor to the use of state sanctioned force against them.
And the problem is global. As the Telegraph’s new Global Health Security account reports:
A prison threat for refusing to inject yourself with what the state tells you, even though - by all accounts - such an injection does not do what it was meant to be doing anyway? It is terribly sad that I am even typing these words in our world today.
In the Philippines, President Duterte has ordered the arrest of the vaccine-free:
In Singapore, the vaccine-free are banned from restaurants and shopping malls, and have to pay their medical bills privately if they catch covid (which as we all know, you can catch even if you have the vaccine).
Quebec in Canada has imposed a ‘health tax’ on the vaccine free:
Austria will enforce mandatory vaccination for all adults over 18, and impose fines for dissenters:
In the UK and US and New Zealand, health care workers are facing the sack if they refuse the jab (which does not stop infection or transmission):
The precursors to mass-participation in crimes against humanity - as theorised in Hannah Arendt’s the banality of evil - are well documented, and are already visible before us.
This is not sensationalism. I am not arguing that we are currently in a Holocaust. It should be remembered though that the entire point of us studying past horrors is to learn from them, so that we may act fast when we see the early warning signs. Surely the reason we study history’s worst atrocities is so that they may happen Never Again. So which stage do you think we are at?

Here she speaks out against Covid mass hysteria, labels it the “real pandemic” & calls for mutual respect and choice in how we live.
The danger is that we are headed towards a new ‘religious’ persecution. And just as in our religious past, when rites and rituals were used to stigmatise those who were cast out as heretics, this time secular blind-faith medical clericalism is the state’s opium. Replace the word ‘baptised’ below with the word’s ‘vaccine-free’ and see what you make of it:

We have seen this play out in history already. And we have been warned by those who came before us. If only we took heed:
