Release of Epstein Files in Unexplained Delay as US Attorney General Pam Bondi Goes Dark

- A Radical Dispatch

1) Promises Made

Ghislaine Maxwell remains the only woman to have been convicted of trafficking underage victims to absolutely nobody. Who were Epstein’s VIP clients? President Trump promised his MAGA base to address this glaring problem of omission.

But this much anticipated release of Epstein’s client list has been met with sudden unexplained delays as Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi has gone dark.

So what happened?

As Radical Media previously reported, President Trump’s new administration had promised to declassify Epstein’s client list - distinct from mere Epstein associates, along with most of contemporary America’s other classified deep state files.

The Independent reports 12th February 2025:

A new congressional task force is weighing whether to release a slew of national secrets - and Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘client list’ could be among the documents declassified. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer announced the establishment of the investigative unit Tuesday. Republican Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna will lead the task force that will decide whether to publish materials related to federal government interests and ‘end an era of secrecy,’ …along with releasing the disgraced financier’s contact list, her team will investigate the September 11 terrorist attacks, the origins of Covid-19, the assassinations of former President John F Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, and UFOs.

To facilitate this process, MAGA loyalist Representative Anna Paulina Luna was selected to head a Congressional Task Force on Declassification. Representative Luna wasted no time in convening a press conference declaring her intent.

Representative Anna Paulina on declassifiying Epstein’s Client list:

..it is a profound honour that I have been entrusted…to lead the House Oversight Task Force on declassification of Federal secrets…we’ll be conducting investigations into the following: the assassinations of JFK, RFK, and Dr Martin Luther King…the Epstein client list, the origins of Covid-19 and the 9/11 FILES…our first hearing is set for March.

The Times reports 11th February 2025:

Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘client list’ is set to be released by a new Trump administration task force charged with the declassification of federal secrets.”

Prior to the completion of this task, Trump’s key intelligence and law enforcement appointments needed to be in place.

First, Pam Bondi was appointed as Attorney General. Then Tulsi Gabbard was confirmed as Director of National Intelligence and Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defence. This left Kashyup Patel to be confirmed as Director of the FBI, which happened five days ago.

Attorney General Pam Bondi conducted his swearing in ceremony.

AG Pam Bondi: “Place your hand on the Gita and raise your right hand

Kash Patel: “I Kashyup Pramod Patel do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

Kash Patel being in place was seen as key to getting the Epstein client list out, for the purposes of any subsequent law enforcement follow up. It is in this light that Patel made repeated assurances of releasing the Epstein files.

Click to play:

Kash Patel: “Well, the Epstein black book, like on day one. On day one, roll out the black book.

Senator Marsha Blackburn: “So will you work with me on this issue so we know who worked with Jeffrey Epstein in building these sex trafficking rings?

Kash Patel: “Absolutely, Senator. Child sex trafficking has no place in the United States of America. And I will do everything, if confirmed as FBI director, to make sure the American public knows the full weight of what happened..

As of five days ago, matters had been moving very quickly. AG Pam Bondi confirmed that most if not all of the promised files, across all subjects, were actually sitting on her desk.

Click to play:

Correspondent: ”DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen?

AG Pam Bondi: “It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies.

Correspondent: “So have you seen anything? You said, oh, my gosh.

Pam Bondi: “Not yet.

And perhaps fearing what is to come, on the day of Kash Patel’s confirmation, one of Sean (P. Diddy) Combs’ six lawyers resigned.

The New York Post reports 21st February 2025:

One of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ defense lawyers quit the disgraced music producer’s criminal sex-trafficking case, new court papers show. Anthony Ricco filed a motion Thursday to withdraw as one of the Bad Boy Records’ six defense attorneys without explanation. Ricco’s bid to step down won’t be official until a judge signs off on it…(Combs has) been behind bars without bail since his September arrest. He faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years behind bars and up to life imprisonment if convicted on the top charge. Combs also faces at least 40 lawsuits by men and women who claim he drugged them and sexually assaulted or raped them.

P. Diddy is accused of being for music what Harvey Weinstein was for movies, and what Epstein was to politics and commerce.

Radical Media reports 18th September 2024:

After some delay by AG Pam Bondi in releasing the Epstein client list, she was asked again at a recent Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) conference.

Again, Bondi offered public reassurance that President Trump’s directives would be carried out.

Click to play:

Correspondent: “Scaring bad guys is something Kash has talked about a lot, and you have, when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and the people who are predators in this country. They've been given a pass, and a lot of Americans think these guys have got to pass for a long time, and maybe even are still being protected right now. Where are we at with the Jeffrey Epstein list, the documents? And Kash has made a lot of public statements about this. Where are we at?

AG Pam Bondi: “I was briefed on that yesterday. I can't talk about that publicly, but, you know, President Trump has given a very strong directive, and that's going to be followed…a lot of documents.

Correspondent: “Yeah. Okay. All right. So people can expect actual movement on this. It's not just empty promises?

AG Pam Bondi: “Donald Trump doesn't make empty promises…I think promises made, promises kept, and that's why we're all there to carry out his directive about making America safe and prosperous.”

To ensure that the pressure was kept up, Trump’s personal Counsel Alina Habba recently reemphasised this message to the public.

The Gateway Pundit reports 24th February 2025:

Click to play:

Correspondent: “Attorney general Pam Bondi is now vowing to release the bombshell Jeffrey Epstein document. She says it's sitting on her desk. Alina, do you have any insight on what's coming?

Trump’s personal counsel Alina Habba: “Transparency. Transparency is coming. We had a lot of defiance, I think is the word you were looking for, from the radical left. And that's because they would have rather us kept quiet. They didn't want to expose the funding that they were getting through NGOs, through USAID. And now they're going to panic because they don't want anybody to know who was on Epstein's island, who was a pedo, and who is probably still sitting in DC. And the reality of the situation is this. There will be accountability, and America deserves it. We needed to know what the drones are. We needed to know that we were okay. We need to know about Epstein's Island. We want to know about JFK. The days of American government hiding from American people are over. We need transparency. We have done that, and we will continue to do so. I'm excited for Pam and now Kash to get in there and clean up our mess.

For a few golden days, it all looked like it was on track.

That is, until US Attorney General Pam Bondi went dark.

2) Promises yet to be kept

The bottle neck in releasing what President Trump has already declassified is clearly located with Pam Bondi’s Department of Justice (DOJ).

House Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R), a MAGA loyalist, heads the newly created Congressional Task Force on Declassification.

House Oversight Committee, 11th February 2025:

Not one to waste any time, Luna wrote to Bondi requesting the released documents twice. The first time was on February 11th and the second on February 19th. Both of Luna’s letters appear to have gone unanswered. Luna then felt compelled to go public with the fact that AG Bondi now appears to be ghosting her.

The story was not one to be contained.

Newsweek reports 25th February 2025:

On Thursday, February 20, Attorney General Pam Bondi indicated that files pertaining to the late sex offender Jeffery Epstein are set to be released; the fact that they are yet to be released is raising questions from Republican politicians….On the campaign trail, President Donald Trump suggested he would be open to releasing the Epstein ‘client list.’ This rumored list is believed by some to implicate high-profile figures in sex crimes.”

Eventually, reports began emerging that rogue elements of the FBI and CIA were actively destroying documents.

Leading to a whistleblower account alleging the same.

Click to play:

Correspondent: “Maybe give us a closer in perspective as to what the subversion is happening inside of the building, right now. I mean, it's obviously you're going to have like an antibody reaction, to somebody like Kash.”

Whistleblower: “I'll give you a big one that I heard recently, which was already passed on, is that there are FBI servers that are sort of stand-alone. And people inside the FBI have been working night and day to destroy files on these servers. And I was told that once these files are destroyed, the way they are set up, that even Elon Musk could not restore them. So that's happening right now as we speak, that's happening with Kash Patel being the Director, it was happening before he got there. And so that subversion like I said, started immediately and it's it's only going to continue…

Correspondent: “…Any idea what's on the servers that's so damning that it has to be siloed into such a secure environment...You can uncover most of this data, most data that's deleted, you can uncover it in some capacity. So somebody's worked very hard to make sure that this data that you're talking about can be deleted and destroyed forever. Any idea what it is?

Whistleblower: “No idea on what it is. I can only speculate. But you mentioned the Epstein list. I'd imagine it's cases like that. It's intel cases that are very siloed, very secretive. And I'm sure there's probably even information regarding the FBI's own subversive measures against Americans, against American politicians, for instance. We learned over the last few days that the Oval Office was bugged. And they took out the Resolute desk to inspect it more. Who's doing that type of thing, Benny? It's going to be if they're operating at all as they should be, it's going to be the FBI because they're the domestic agency. Now, is it beyond the CIA or NSA playing a role? No, not at all. Because I think all of these agencies at this point do not have the best interest of the American public in mind. That's something that the Trump administration is trying to change. But it's going to be an uphill battle, I believe, for the entire term.”

Luna then named the CIA too as playing a role in this US intel community intra war.

Whatever the case, the delay alarmed some quarters to such an extent that unconfirmed rumours began circulating by the likes of US Colonel Douglas Macgregor, about some military generals and the CIA being raided by Kash Patel’s FBI while they were in the process of shredding documents.

It remains to be seen as to whether this is actually the case.

3) Congressional lobbying to release the Epstein list

After the Head of the Congressional Task Force on Declassification, Anna Paulina Luna went public to demand the release of the Epstein files, other lawmakers began to join in, creating a lobby to pressure Pam Bondi into releasing the files.

Politico reports 25th February 2025:

Lawmakers across the political spectrum have taken to X to urge Bondi to make good on her promise — an early, rare point of pressure Republican members of Congress have tried to exert over the administration. Leading the pack is Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), who chairs a task force on the ‘declassification of federal secrets.’ The release of records related to the investigation into Epstein’s crimes is one of the task force’s major priorities. The outspoken Florida Republican started posting about the release of the Epstein documents on X on Monday, directing her grievances at Bondi.

These included Representative Tim Burchett (R) from Knoxville Tennessee, who called out Pam Bondi in media, directly and by name.

Click to play:

Tim Burchett: “You didn’t ask me what I’m mad about today..”

Correspondent: “What are you mad about?

Tim Burchett: “Hey Pam Bondi, where the heck are the doggam files?

Correspondent: “I'm writing it down. We'll reconvene on that one next time. Congressman Tim Burchett, thank you, sir. Your tie looks great by the end of the hit, by the way.

Senator Marsha Blackburn (R) - who had questioned Kash Patel during his Senate confirmation hearing on working with her to release this information - and who is also from Tennessee, waded in as well.

New York Post reports 24th February 2025:

Sen. Marsha Blackburn called Monday on newly inaugurated FBI Director Kash Patel to follow through on his commitment to transparency in the case of notorious sex predator Jeffrey Epstein. Blackburn (R-Tenn.), 72, insisted Patel and acting IRS Commissioner Douglas O’Donnell release their respective agencies’ ‘complete, unredacted records’ on Epstein amid longstanding public questions and speculation about his associates that have swirled since his death in 2019.

As did Representative Mike Collins (R).

US General Flynn too waded in, demanding the immediate and unredacted release of the files.

As of going to press, there has been no further movement on the release of these names and Pam Bondi mysteriously remains dark.

4) Motive for delay: Epstein was a Mossad asset

Motives for the mysterious delay abound. Concerns around the release were not helped by the fact that Kash Patel’s newly appointed deputy at the FBI, former NYPD and Secret Service agent Dan Bongino, went on Tim Pool’s show and totally fudged an answer about which ‘Middle Eastern’ country Epstein was quite obviously an asset for.

Click to play:

Deputy Director FBI, Dan Bongino: “…about a year and a half after that, I'm in a green room at Fox, and I'm not going to say who because they didn't give me permission to share it. But to share the story, but not who they are…he says, ‘you know, Epstein's an intelligence asset for people in the Middle East, right?’ I'm like, ‘no, I didn't know that. I'm like, you sure of that?’ The person let's say is like, ‘I'm absolutely sure that!’..that he's either a witting or unwitting asset intelligence asset, meaning his plane and that island, the cameras there's a big assumption out there that these videotapes were exclusively in the custody of Epstein, that's a huge mistake. The reason they wanted this story to go away is because there's an assumption like, oh yeah Epstein had them. No, he wasn't the only one who had him, according to this source. These assets, that's why this blackmail story makes so much sense. Which Middle Eastern countries they are, I don't know. But this person, who is a very, very good reporter, I mean, aces, right, swore that Epstein was either a witting or unwitting intelligence asset, and they may have had his plane wired up, and they're the ones who have all this stuff. So the point is, to sum it up: how do you know some of these countries aren't going to some of these power players who aren't making decisions? Hey, you wouldn't want this video out there, right? How do you know?

Contrary to Bongino’s plea of ignorance, the fact that Epstein was an intelligence asset for Mossad is by now an incredibly difficult part of this story to keep ignoring.

So strong have been the ties between Epstein and Israel, in fact, that Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak is reported to have visited Epstein no less than thirty six times.

The Daily Mail reports 4th January 2024:

The Daily Mail reports 4th January 2024:

The Jeffrey Epstein list of associates unsealed by a US judge has reignited suspicions the pedophile financier was an asset for Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency. Israel's former prime minister Ehud Barak was identified in the bombshell dossiers Wednesday night. He served as PM from 1991 to 2001 after serving in the IDF for 35 years, rising to Chief of the General Staff.

There is plenty of evidence that points in this direction, as Radical Media has been reporting for a long while now.

Radical Media reports 3rd April 2024:

The purpose of such blackmail by Mossad would be - among other things - to aid their desired foreign policy, which would include pressuring entrapped congressmen to continue to approve US tax dollars for funding war abroad, against the interests of their own nation, and even violating all common sense.

Of course, merely appearing on Epstein’s island, in one of his mansions, or elsewhere with Epstein, is not conclusive proof of guilt. Such evidence does require corroboration.

Radical Media advises corroborating any name suspected of being an Epstein client or collaborator, against a robust check list of Epstein related activity. Such corroboration would include, but not be restricted to matching:

i) Names mentioned by trial witnesses (searchable), with:

ii) Names in Epstein’s ‘Little Black Book’ (searchable), or his older black book from 1997 (searchable),

iii) The flight paths and flight logs (searchable) kept by Epstein’s private jet nicknamed ‘The Lolita Express’,

iv) Names mentioned in Epstein’s private calendar,

v) Evidence of having been on Epstein’s Island, and

vi) Evidence of having visited any of Epstein’s homes.

And as the Radical Dispatch has already determined, the entire Epstein operation was evidently a global CIA/Mossad honeytrap used for blackmail. A final corroboration would therefore be to identify:

vii) which of the names betray behaviour beholden to Netanyahu’s foreign policy objectives, by publicly advocating for war, the commission of war crimes, or any other crimes against humanity.

On the matter of funding war abroad, this is something that FBI Director Kash Patel has previously suggested he is alert to.

Click to play:

FBI Director Kash Patel: “I’ve asked this Congress to investigate where has this money gone? The American people are owed that answer because it's our money, our taxpayer dollars.”

Correspondent: “And there's a lot of really good reason to be concerned because Ukraine was known as a place of corruption, a place for money laundering.”

FBI Director Kash Patel: “Yeah. It's not like we sent a billion dollars, as if that was even a small number to begin with, right? We've sent a hundred times that, to one country. I don't know how this Congress is allowed to get away with it. And Zelensky is out there. He went on the world stage and said, Russia fired a rocket into Poland, which would literally be an act of war. Well, it turned out that Russia fired no such rocket. It turned out that the Ukraine, the rocket came from the Ukraine and was fired into Poland."

Correspondent: “And it was it was a mistake, basically.

FBI Director Kash Patel: “If Zelensky is going to go out there and beg the world for more money and more money and come to the US and sit in the well of our Congress and say, we want more money, and then call and demand the new Speaker of the House provide more and more money, and call Mitch McConnell and say, we need more and more machinery, he needs to be...more prepared about global statements that bring us to the precipice of war than doing what he did last fall with this missile attack, or this missile launch, I should say. And we just can't have full faith and trust by giving a leader $100 billion and having him say, I’m not telling you where the money went.

Only in this light do certain decisions start to become understandable. The world is in flames and politicians are making decisions that make absolutely no sense when considering their national interests, unless they are being blackmailed.

5) Lord Mandelson, Peter Thiel & other embarrassing names revealed

As well as implicating Mossad, the release of Epstein’s client list would severely embarrass senior individuals from other countries too.

To continue reading about names that are directly named in unsealed court documents, such as the new British ambassador to Washington DC Lord Mandelson, Palantir founder Peter Thiel, billionaire Richard Branson, and former CIA head Bill Burns, among others, become a premium member of Radical Media.
