1) Archbishop resigns over child abuse scandal
The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby has resigned for failing to act against the Church of England’s ‘most prolific’ serial child abuser in its history.
The Times reports 12th November 2024:
“The Archbishop of Canterbury has resigned over his ‘untenable’ handling of one of the church’s most serious abuse scandals. Justin Welby’s decision to stand down comes after a petition by some members of the General Synod, the church’s parliament, collected more than 5,000 signatures urging him to leave over his alleged failures to alert the authorities about a barrister’s ‘abhorrent’ abuse of children and young men…Smyth died aged 75 in Cape Town in 2018 while under investigation by Hampshire police and was ‘never bought to justice for the abuse’, the Makin Review published last week said.”
The extent of the child abuse perpetrated by the leader of the Church of England’s friend John Smyth is truly horrific.

“Across five decades in three different countries and involving as many as 130 boys and young men in the UK and Africa, Smyth is said to have subjected his victims to traumatic physical, sexual, psychological and spiritual attacks.”
And the routine violence that was used truly sickening.
The Times reports 12th November 2024:
“A report by Keith Makin, a social services director, found that some of Smyth’s ‘prolific, brutal and horrific’ beatings included hundreds of lashes and left his victims bleeding so badly that he would give them nappies to absorb the blood…Smyth left Britain and moved to Zimbabwe in 1984, running the Zambesi Holiday Camp at Lake McIlwaine near the capital Harare. Out of about 130 boys and young men abused by Smyth, about 85 were abused in Africa…he noted that while ‘Justin Welby goes on a lot about the impact of colonisation and slavery’, many in Zimbabwe felt that Smyth’s abuse had been ‘exported by the UK to us’”.
It was difficult for the Archbishop of Canterbury to claim ignorance of the activities of his child abusing friend considering that not only had he been warned against him in 1981, but he also twice shared a dormitory with him in one of the Christian camps where this abuse is said to have taken place.

“The Archbishop of Canterbury has apologised for failing to ensure that allegations passed to the church about John Smyth in 2013 were investigated “energetically” enough. However, he insists he had “no idea or suspicion” about the barrister’s abuse before this date…he was given a cryptic warning about him in 1981…
…In his early twenties, before he was even a priest, Welby professed to being ‘impressed’ by Smyth, who attended and later ran the Iwerne Christian camps. Welby attended the camps from 1975 and shared a dormitory with Smyth twice”.
There remains debate around who else in the Church of England should be deemed too closely associated with the serial child abuser John Smyth, and whether or not they too are culpable.

“Another bishop has warned, however, that the Church of England is still “in some ways … not a safe institution” as it grapples to create a system for tackling paedophiles and abusers. Pressure is growing on the Bishop of Lincoln, the Right Rev Stephen Conway, to comment on his own position. While he was Bishop of Ely, he was in charge of pursuing inquiries when allegations about abuse carried out by John Smyth were first made to the Church of England in 2013…The Bishop of Birkenhead, the Right Rev Julie Conalty, who is the deputy lead bishop for safeguarding, said on Wednesday that “very possibly other people should go”, but told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme that she was “not here to name names”.
Reverend Justin Welby’s resignation came after UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer intervened citing concerns over victims who were “very, very badly” failed.

“Sir Keir Starmer has increased pressure on the Archbishop of Canterbury after describing abuse cases in the Church of England as “completely horrific” and saying that victims had been failed “very, very badly”…An independent review into John Smyth, a Christian barrister who “brutally” beat up to 130 boys over 40 years, concluded that he might have been brought to justice had Welby formally reported him to police a decade ago.”
But the irony is not lost on us that Sir Keir Starmer has his own questionable associations with those who have befriended child abusers.
Such questionable associations remain even as Starmer became Prime Minister of the UK.

Lord Mandelson visited Epstein island, travelled to Paris with Epstein for his birthday after the latter had already been convicted for trafficking, and was due to stay at Epstein’s New York townhouse while Epstein was in jail. As has been thoroughly reported in this Radical Dispatch.
Despite knowing all of this, PM-in-waiting Sir Keir has refused to end Mandelson’s advisory role with him.
This is the same Keir Starmer who served as the head of the British Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) when they chose not to prosecute deceased serial pedophile Sir Jimmy Savile.
The fact that severely compromised parasites are placed in positions of power throughout the world, in order to do the bidding of those who blackmail them through Kompromat is a fact that is becoming increasingly difficult to deny.
The question of who has been orchestrating this spider’s web of severely compromised public figures is also no longer a mystery.

There is no polite way to say this. Epstein’s entire global VIP pedophile ring, being exposed in real time, and connected to royalty as it is, has been one large Mossad blackmail operation in order to entrap royalty and those who serve them into pursuing the foreign policy aims of Israel.

“The Jeffrey Epstein list of associates unsealed by a US judge has reignited suspicions the pedophile financier was an asset for Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency. Israel's former prime minister Ehud Barak was identified in the bombshell dossiers Wednesday night. He served as PM from 1991 to 2001 after serving in the IDF for 35 years, rising to Chief of the General Staff.”
Imagine the security clearances needed to be able to privately meet the Prime Minister of Israel no less than 36 times. It is no longer in much doubt that Epstein’s entire operation was a Mossad honeytrap designed to capture compromising material on senior figures and leverage this Kompromat so as to pursue Israel’s foreign policy aims.

The purpose of this blackmail has invariably been to guarantee that Western politicians can be forced to go to war to serve Israeli foreign policy.

Such a move removes the power of the blackmailing party.
It is also why where former Deputy Director of National Intelligence Kash Patel ends up being appointed in President Trump’s new administration will be one to watch, if he is appointed at all.

UPDATE: The anti war former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has been named as Director of National Intelligence.
2) Trump publicly shuns war hawks
So far, Trump has publicly signalled that he intends to distance himself from high profile war hawks.
The president-elect’s son Donald Trump Jr recently went public with this claim.
The Telegraph reports 10th November 2024:
“Donald Trump Jr said there is no place in his father’s administration for “war hawks” amid growing signs the president-elect will follow through on plans to bring a swift end to the conflict in Ukraine. Mr Trump Jr…backed calls to keep “neocons and war hawks” out of the White House after his father earlier ruled out a return for two prominent pro-Ukraine voices.”
Even going so far as to post a clip of a forlorn looking Zelensky with the caption “You’re 38 days from losing your allowance”.

But after the rush of this initial announcement came further - as of yet unconfirmed - announcements that appeared to have muddied the waters somewhat.

“…A member of the Senate foreign relations committee, Rubio is considered a hawk, especially on China and Iran. He has said that the war in Ukraine needs to be ‘brought to a conclusion’ but it is not known if he favours handing Ukrainian territory to Russia in return for peace….Trump has not yet confirmed the choice of Rubio after The New York Times reported the story but if he does, Rubio would be the first Latino to serve as America’s top diplomat.”
Senator Marco Rucio is known as a war hawk.

Broadcaster: ”So if you don't get a deal, what's the alternative? Do we have to go to war? Is it necessary to be absolutely certain they don't have a nuclear weapon or the capability to build one?”
Senator Marco Rubio: ”Absolutely. And I think that the best way to have achieved that is to leave in place both the unilateral sanctions and the international sanctions. You combine that with a very clear demarcation to the Iranian regime, and that is this: if you cross this threshold, you will face military action on the part of the United States. We don't want that to happen. But the risk of a nuclear Iran is so great, that that option must be on the table.”
Broadcaster: “So if it came to that, that would be an option that you would actually consider and use.”
Senator Marco Rubio: “Absolutely. And let me tell you why. If we don't do it, someone else will. The Saudis are not going to sit there and watch Iran build a Shia bomb without a Sunni bomb. The Israelis are not going to sit there and watch a regime that calls for their destruction develop the capability to do so. But again, we would hope to have avoided that point by severely limiting and sanctioning Iran for its nuclear ambitions. And quite frankly, I think this deal could literally lead to increasing the prospects for war.”
Broadcaster: “But what you're saying here, we cannot let Iran become a nuclear power. And we have to do whatever is necessary, if that includes going to war with Iran.”
Senator Marco Rubio: “Absolutely. By the way, Iran doesn't need nuclear power, peaceful nuclear power. They're an oil-rich country. The only reason why they want enrichment and reprocessing capability is they want to one day be able to be nuclear threshold or nuclear possessed.”
Though this rumoured - and as of yet unconfirmed - appointment has been met by fierce resistance from the MAGA base.

“Shortly after news leaked that Donald Trump was expected to name Sen. Marco Rubio as his secretary of state, some of the most MAGA-minded online warriors rushed to cast doubt on the selection — both Rubio’s America First credentials, and whether the decision had actually been made by Trump.
And despite major news outlets reporting that the decision had been made, allies of Ric Grenell on Tuesday maintained that Rubio wasn’t a done deal, according to two people advocating for his selection as secretary of state…Spokespeople for Trump have not confirmed the selection, and did not immediately respond to a request for comment.”
Whichever way this appointment goes, and whether the role of Secretary of State goes to Rubio or not, we are relatively confident that - for many reasons - this administration under the 47th president of America will not go to direct war with Iran.
President Trump is fully aware of what Marco Rubio represents.
UPDATE: Rubio appointed Secretary of State.
US media now report that an assassination plot against Trump involves charges against - curiously - two New York Jews, as well as an Iranian-American.
ABC 7 reports 9th November 2024:
“Three people have been charged in an alleged Iran-linked plot to assassinate President-elect Donald Trump, an Iranian-American activist and two Jewish Americans living in New York, according to a criminal complaint unsealed Friday in New York.”
The game is up. President Trump has already made it clear that he has no intention of going to war with Iran on behalf of Netanyahu.

3) Trump is aware of his anti war base
President Trump is unlikely to reignite wars around the world during his 47th administration because, among all the issues important to the MAGA base, the anti-war stance ranks as one of their most important.
As Radical Media reported pre-election, Muslims, Latino and Black Americans carried the margins for Trump in the 7 swing-states. Trump has openly acknowledged this by publicly thanking Black voters, women, Hispanic, Arab and Muslim Americans, while pointedly not thanking US Jews, which Israeli media has noticed in the below…
