BREAKING: Medical Inquest into Midazolam-Death to Resume in August As Director of Royal Trinity Hospice Quits

- A Radical Dispatch

1) BREAKING: Medical inquest into Midazolam-death case rescheduled

The remainder of the medical inquest into the Midazolam-death of Derek Dimmock presided over by Senior Coroner Dr Julian Morris will resume at Southwark Coroner’s Court in London from 11th to 15th August 2025.

This comes after news broke that Sir Andrew Dillon, director at Royal Trinity Hospice where Derek Dimmock died, resigned only one day after the medical inquest into Mr Dimmock began. This same Andrew Dillon had previously served as Chief Executive of NICE, the very body that formulated the national guideline NG163 involving Midazolam as an end of life protocol.

The first half of this medical inquest was held between 17th March 2025 until 21st March 2025. It attracted significant media attention and was eventually covered nationally by GB News.

GB News’ Beverly Turner: “Thank you. It is important that we keep talking about it. There's a fascinating coroner's case going on at the moment in Southwark in London, which nobody's talking about, which was the death of a gentleman called Derek Dimmock, who died in a care home, and his son, Paul, has asked for a coroner's report into the fact that he believes he was killed by Midazolam, which is an end-of-life pathway that many old people in that first spike of deaths were put on in care homes and hospices and in not hospice but in hospitals and and the findings of that will be extremely significant but if it is found that this guy died because he was over liberally given an end-of-life care drug that he didn't need then it opens the floodgates to lots of people say hang on what happened to my mum what happened to my dad because people were panicking in care homes and I'm not saying that they were deliberately bumping off the elderly but in the environment of panic.”

GB News’ Andrew Price: “And don't forget, the Secretary of State for Health, Matt Hancock, said he was putting a protective arm around our care homes and it was a disaster.”

GB News’ Beverly Turner: “And here he is on the front page of the Mirror, Matt Hancock, having been at the COVID inquiry yesterday. Now he said, I'd do it all again over my dead body.

Upon hearing news of the new dates being set, the following statement was made by the family of the deceased Derek Dimmock:

Maureen and Paul Dimmock are very disappointed at the length of time required to wait (nearly 5 months after the first week’s evidence) to conclude this inquest regarding the death allegedly connected to toxicity from over use of Midazolam

The deceased, Derek Dimmock.

That statement reflects the general disappointment expressed by the Dimmock family throughout the inquest to date.

The wider allegation being made by victim-families is that during Covid the British state implemented a deliberate and systemic policy of involuntary mass euthanasia of the elderly in hospitals and care homes by administering the end of life protocol drug Midazolam plus an opioid, while using Covid deaths as cover for this mass killing.

If ruled by the senior coroner as ‘unlawful killing’ in this precedent setting case, the United Kingdom will be rocked by the worst mass killing scandal in its history.

Radical Media attended Committee Room 5 in the UK House of Commons in June 2023 to hear from 50 victim-families who believe that their loved ones had been similarly involuntarily euthanised.

Curiously, no official recordings from this parliamentary hearing have ever been made available.

Even though the parliamentary sign from the day of the hearing stated “broadcasting.”

But Radical Media has provided our own free raw audio file of these family testimonies in Parliament from June 2023.

2) The resignation of Royal Trinity Hospice director Sir Andrew Dillon one day after the start of the inquest

There are a number of serious anomalies and potential conflicts of interest with the Royal Trinity Hospice where Derek Dimmock died. We mention three major ones below.

i) Director of the Royal Trinity Hospice - where the Midazolam death case occurred - Sir Andrew Dillon, resigned one day after the medical inquest began

Sir Andrew Dillon was the Chief Executive of NICE. Yes, that is the very body that devised the end of life protocol NG163 involving Midazolam and morphine.

HSJ reports 22nd August 2019:

Sir Andrew Dillon then went on to become a Director at the Royal Trinity Hospice, which is where Derek Dimmock died after being administered Midazolam.

Curiously, Sir Andrew resigned from the Royal Trinity Hospice only one day after the medical inquest into Derek Dimmock’s death began.

Dr Julian Morris’ inquest began on 17th March 2025. Here is the Companies House entry stating the date of Sir Andrew Dillon’s resignation, on 18th March.

What does Sir Andrew have to hide?

ii) Dr Phoebe Wright - who was on duty at Royal Trinity Hospice supervising Derek Dimmock’s death - wrote an expert paper on deaths caused by opioids during end of life protocols

The Royal Trinity Hospice doctor on-duty during Derek Dimmock’s death Dr Pheobe Wright had already written a paper on the dangers of prescribing opioids for end of life purposes using the infamous case of Gosport hospital, where multiple criminal charges have been brought against hospital staff over the unlawful killing of 450 patients.

Here is Dr Phoebe Wright’s paper.

Background: The Gosport Inquiry (GI) found that unsafe opioid use led to around 450 excess deaths over 14 years.

Considering this, it would be reasonable to assume that Dr Phoebe Wright had detailed knowledge of the dangers of over-prescribing opioids during end of life ‘care’.

Radical Media put this all to Dr Phoebe Wright in an email prior to the beginning of the medical inquest into the death of her patient Derek Dimmock, in which she served as a witness.

As readers will note, Dr Phoebe Wright’s reply was less than forthcoming, and rather cagey.

Dr Phoebe Wright was the authorising doctor on-duty in relation to administering Derek Dimmock’s end of life protocol. Dr Phoebe Wright would highly likely have been aware of previous failings of a similar nature in end of life protocols due to having written the above academic paper in March 2020 concerning the grave failures at Gosport hospital, which have received wide media coverage. This would make her a domain expert.

The Gosport War Memorial Hospital is even the subject of a prolonged criminal investigation.

Radical Media reports January 27th from Portsmouth News:

We have explored the relationship between the Gosport War Memorial Hospital deaths scandal, the now abolished 'Liverpool Care Pathway,' Scotland's care home deaths, and potential failures with NHS protocol NG163 in our previous articles.

Why did Dr Pheobe Wright administer end of life protocols to Derek Dimmock despite having written a paper on these very failures at Gosport hospital, which are no longer in denial?

Is this why Dr Pheobe Wright left the UK a week before Derek Dimmock’s medical inquest began, testifying only online, and from abroad? It appears that Dr Phoebe Wright may have gone on to repeat a very similar protocol in the case of Derek Dimmock, perhaps with foreknowledge.

iii) The Royal Trinity Hospice’s legal counsel is a former Tory councillor who campaigned for Matt Hancock’s Midazolam-mastermind, Dr Luke Evans MP.

Barrister for Royal Trinity Hospice, Amanda Klugar-Wright campaigning with Covid-mandate era Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and former health Secretary Sajid Javid.

Radical Media today reveals that the barrister representing the Royal Trinity Hospice in which Derek Dimmock’s Midazolam-death ocurred, Amanda Wright-klugar (formerly known as Amanda Victoria Wright) appears to have been a former Tory councillor elected in 2021 (according to online search results) with a majority of 7%, to Leicestershire County’s Burbage division and serving the Tory government during the Covid-mandates period.

Amanda Wright-klugar also campaigned for none other than Matt Hancock’s Midazolam-mastermind, the Tory MP Dr Luke Evans.

Radical Media reports 18th March 2025:

Ms Wright-klugar used her publicly visible facebook page to campaign for the Tory party’s Midazolam-mastermind Dr Evans MP, stating it openly in her own words.

This is the same Dr Luke Evans MP who - during Covid - held Matt Hancock to his word in a Parliamentary inquiry ensuring that he had pre-ordered such a surplass of Midazolam that French supplies ran out, and all before the Covid interventions were implemented.

Yes, you read that sentence correctly.

Radical Media already reported it all here for you 15th February 2025, extract:

Is this why Dr Luke Evans MP confirmed with then Health Secretary Matt Hancock in parliament that they had ordered sufficient supply of Midazolam?

Click to play:

Dr Luke Evans MP, April 2020: “…a ‘good death’ needs three things. It needs equipment, it needs medication and it meeds the staff to administer it. So in terms of equipment, a few quick questions. Do you have enough syringe drivers in the NHS to deliver medications to keep people comfortable when they're passing away?

Matt Hancock MP: “Yes, we do. There was a challenge raised about this about eight days ago, and we resolved that actually it wasn't as big a challenge as as was made public, and we've resolved that. So yes, right now we do”.

Dr Luke Evans MP: “And the second one is with that, that's the syringe drivers deliver medication, particularly things like Midazolam and morphine. Do you have any precautions put in place to make sure we have enough of those medications to be delivered?

Matt Hancock MP: “Yes, we've got a big project to make sure that those sorts of medications, as well as the ITU medications that I spoke about earlier, that the supply chains, the global supply chains for all those medicines are clear. They are, in fact, those medicines are made in a relatively small number of factories around the world. So it is a delicate supply chain and we are in contact with the whole supply chain.”

Dr Luke Evans MP: “And in line with that, morphine is currently prescribed per patient. The reason to do that is to stop it being abused. So I have to prescribe it for Mr. Hancock. However, in this situation, if you're going into a healthcare home, you may not want to waste precious things like morphine. Have you considered relaxing the laws around morphine prescribing for doctors and healthcare professionals so that there isn't waste?

Matt Hancock MP: “That’s something that we keep under review. I’ve looked at that particular point to reduce wastage of key medicines, and it’s something that he supply chain, the supply team sorry, in the department and the clinical team talk about all the time. I don't know if that's JVT's part of the clinical team and he may want to say more.

Curiously, Amanda Klugar-Wright no longer appears on the Leicestershire government’s new election results website for Burbage.

But the internet does not forget.

Perhaps someone is rattled.

3) Only Midazolam injections correlate with April 2020 UK excess death

All the evidence indicates that it was not Covid that caused the officially confirmed excess death pattern in the UK from April 2020 onwards, rather it was the administration of Midazolam injections.

i) April 2020 UK excess death could not have been due to Covid

It could not have been Covid causing the April 2020 excess death, not least because the official line from the UK government’s own Health Security Agency states, as of March 2020 “Covid-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious disease high consequence infectious disease.

Here is the archived page from their own website:

The statement that there was “no high consequence infectious disease as officially declared in March 2020” means: there was no Covid pandemic in April 2020.

In addition, Covid cases simply do not correlate to the April 2020 excess death, as Dr Wilson Sy’s peer reviewed statistical analysis shows.

ii) April 2020 excess death could not have been due to ‘vaccines’

The April 2020 excess death spike could also not have been due to Covid ‘vaccines’. We are not saying that Covid ‘vaccines’ did not cause any excess death. They likely did, and this author was cancelled from his own LBC radio show for opposing these ‘vaccine’ mandates after publicly boycotting the booster jab live on air. On the evidence, it is possible that both Midazolam and ‘vaccines’ acted concurrently.

However, we are specifically saying that the April 2020 UK excess death - which occurred prior to UK vaccine roll out and therefore could not be due to ‘vaccines’ - also does not correlate to Covid cases, and therefore could not be caused by Covid.

In other words, neither covid cases nor ‘vaccines’ correlate to the acknowledged excess death pattern of April 2020.

iii) The only intervention that correlates with excess death in April 2020 is the systemic administration of Midazolam injections by the state

As Dr Wilson Sy’s peer reviewed statistical analysis demonstrates, the only intervention that correlates with excess death in April 2020 is the systemic administration of Midazolam injections by the state. Excess death in April 2020 correlates (with over 90% co-efficiency) to the administration of Midazolam injections plus an opioid, using the NHS end of life protocols, such as NHS protocol NG163.

Here is the new research paper in question by Dr Wilson Sy.

And here is Dr Wilson Sy’s summary from the paper’s abstract:

This paper shows that the UK spike in deaths, wrongly attributed to COVID-19 in April 2020, was not due to SARS-CoV-2 virus, which was largely absent, but was due to the widespread use of Midazolam injections which were statistically very highly correlated (coefficient over 90 percent) with excess deaths in all regions of England during 2020.

As if that part wasn’t shocking enough, Dr Sy continues:

Importantly, excess deaths remained elevated following mass vaccination in 2021, but were statistically uncorrelated to COVID injections, while remaining significantly correlated to Midazolam injections. The widespread and persistent use of Midazolam in UK suggests a possible policy of systemic euthanasia.

The saddest part of these end of life protocols is that new research published in the British Medical Journal suggests that patients whose deaths is ‘assisted’ in this way probably die in pain, while being paralysed and therefore totally unable to express said pain.

BMJ reports 20th March 2025:
