Mossad Threatens ICC Prosecutor For Investigating Israel While Putin Warns Britain Against Sparking WWIII

1) Mossad threatens ICC prosecutor
Head of the Mossad Yossi Cohen has been accused of threatening ICC prosecutor Fouti Bensouda for investigating Israeli war crimes, after a year long investigation published jointly by the Guardian and the Palestinian-Israeli magazine +972 Mag.
The Guardian reports 28th May 2024:
“You should help us and let us take care of you. You don’t want to be getting into things that could compromise your security or that of your family…
..Revelations about the Mossad’s efforts to influence Bensouda come as the current chief prosecutor, Khan, warned in recent days that he would not hesitate to prosecute ‘attempts to impede, intimidate or improperly influence’ ICC officials..
..According to legal experts and former ICC officials, efforts by the Mossad to threaten or put pressure on Bensouda could amount to offences against the administration of justice under article 70 of the Rome statute, the treaty that established the court. On one occasion, Cohen is said to have shown Bensouda copies of photographs of her husband, which were taken covertly when the couple were visiting London.”

“For nearly a decade, Israel has been surveilling senior International Criminal Court officials and Palestinian human rights workers as part of a secret operation to thwart the ICC’s probe into alleged war crimes, a joint investigation by +972 Magazine, Local Call, and the Guardian can reveal. The multi-agency operation, which dates back to 2015, has seen Israel’s intelligence community routinely surveil the court’s current chief prosecutor Karim Khan, his predecessor Fatou Bensouda, and dozens of other ICC and UN officials.”
The fact that Israel’s Mossad has been using propaganda, trafficking, Kompromat and blackmail in order to coerce compliance to its foreign policy aims is a subject that readers of Radical Media will already be familiar with.
The Radical Dispatch reports 3rd April 2024:
This latest scandal is the culmination of a decade long aggressive Israeli operation to prevent the ICC from ruling against it for war crimes. As such, Bensouda’s case predates but does not preclude Israeli intimidation used against the current Chief Prosecutor for the ICC, Karim Khan.
The aim of these Mossad operations appears to have been to intimidate ICC prosecutors and their families from ever ruling against Israel for war crimes. Despite this, current ICC chief prosecutor - as reported in last week’s Radical Dispatch - has remained undeterred and sought arrest warrants against Netanyahu regardless.

ICC Prosecutor Kareem Khan: “Today I am filing applications for warrants of arrest before pre-trial chamber one of the International Criminal Court in the situation in the state of Palestine. I can also confirm today that I have reasonable grounds to believe, on the basis of evidence collected and examined by my office, that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant bear criminal responsibility for the following international crimes committed on the territory of the state of Palestine from at least the 8th of October 2023. The crimes include: starvation of civilians as a method of warfare, wilfully causing great suffering, serious injury to body or health or cruel treatment, wilful killing or murder, and intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population, as well as crimes against humanity of extermination and or murder, persecution and allegations of crimes of committing other inhumane acts.
On the basis of evidence collected and examined and analysed by my office, I have reasonable grounds to believe that three senior leaders of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, Mohammad Deif, and Ismail Haniyeh, bear criminal responsibility. These three Hamas leaders are criminally responsible for the killing of Israeli civilians in attacks perpetrated by Hamas and other armed groups on the 7th of October, 2023”.
Netanyahu may think that he is winning this war tactically but he is losing it strategically, and on the world stage. This has had an effect on how Western politicians have reacted to the Chief Prosecutor of the ICC Karim Khan’s request for an arrest warrant against Netanyahu.
While Spain, Norway and Ireland formally began recognising a Palestinian state, other European political leaders rushed to clarify that they would be obliged to enforce the ICC arrest warrant were it to be issued.
The Times reports 22nd May 2024:
But it’s not just Germany.
Former Foreign Minister Sir Alan Duncan has said that he believes - being a signatory to the Rome Statute - Britain would similarly be legally obliged to enforce any ICC arrest warrant against Netanyahu.

Likewise, current Foreign Minister of Norway Espen Barth Eide has stated the same.

And the matter doesn’t stop with the ICC. Another legal body, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ordered Israel to immediately halt its operation in Rafah.

“The court considers that, in conformity with the obligations under the Genocide Convention, Israel must immediately halt its military offensive and any other action in the Rafah governorate, which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction, in whole or in part.”
The fact that this ICJ order came immediately before the Israelis did exactly what the ICJ was warning against - a massacre in Rafah - only goes to strengthen the case that Israel had every ability to avoid what came next.
The Times of Israel reports 27th May 2024:
“Israel faced fierce international criticism on Monday after an airstrike in Gaza’s southern city of Rafah reportedly killed dozens of people, most of them civilians, in a center for displaced people on Sunday night. Israel said the strike targeted two senior Hamas terrorists…”
The combination of the ICC move to seek warrants and the ICJ order to halt operations in Rafah has resulted in a tense stand off for globalists in Israel, under Netanyahu’s Likudnik-Zionist regime.
The plan appears to be to:
a) destroy the ‘international rules based order’ for finally having the audacity to merely attempt applying the rule of law on Western powers too, and
b) launch World War III in order to rally the population behind the beleaguered globalists in power.
2) Burn it all down before facing justice
Seeing the writing on the wall, globalist warhawks - of which Netanyahu’s Likudnik Zionists are a key faction - decided to burn it all down instead of facing justice. The ‘international rules based order’ appears no longer fit for purpose, now that the rules are being applied on them too.

Sky Correspondent: “It was a pretty damning indictment of the situation in Gaza now. A situation that the court believes is the responsiblity of Israel and the Israeli military actions in Gaza. Particularly in the city of Rafah, in the South. And so, it was asked to deliver emergency measures by South Africa, the expectation here in Israel is that they would decide this time to deliver some measures demanding an end to part of the Israeli military offensive, and that is what has happened.
The court could have, request…sorry, ordered, not requested, ordered that Israel cease its military operations in Gaza completely, they’ve decided not to do that, instead saying that they must immediately stop the operations in Rafah, and in some respects that was not what Israel wanted. Israel - from the people I was speaking to - would almost have preferred actually, the court to go all the way and order an entire halt to all operations. The reason being is that this court doesn’t have any enforcement powers. And so the next stage we would expect is that this would go in front of the UN Security Council. Now, if the UN Security Council had been presented with a decision, an order to stop the Gazan offensive in its entirety, I think there would’ve been a far greater likelihood - and Israeli officials believe there’d be far greater likelihood - that the US would get Israeli’s back and veto that. However, because it’s just an order to stop the offensive in Rafah, perhaps the United States won’t veto it they might abstain, they might even vote in favour, but it puts Israel, potentially, in a more tricky position. And then Israel has to decide what it wants to do and whether or not it’s going to obey the orders of the court. They have already indicated very strongly that they won’t, an Israeli government spokesman yesterday said that: “No power on earth will stop Israel”.
If it decides to ignore the court’s orders and carry on with fighting both in Gaza, but specifically in Rafah, then it would be doing something similar to what Vladimir Putin did over the last couple of years did in Ukraine, when the court also in that case ordered that Russian forces stop fighting in Ukraine. Well Putin ignored it, and so there will be many around the world who will suggest that Netanyahu and Putin are acting in a similar manner and in similar defiance of the world court. Is that a reputation that Netanyahu wants? Particularly given the week we’ve just been through, when the International Criminal Court, that’s another international body, has sought arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant. And finally, I’d make the point wrapped into that, is: if you look back at that March 2022, I think, ICJ ruling on Russia and Ukraine, the Americans, the White House, and at the time the President Joe Biden, was very supportive of the court, in that instance. Can they really find themselves now, two years later, objecting the to the court and trying to undermine it? It’s going to put the White House in a very difficult position as well.”
Even US officials have begun boasting about how they intend to disregard any ICC warrant, thereby ignoring the rule of law. So much for sending our armies to fight wars in defence of the ‘rules based order’.

We don't put any international body among or above American sovereignty and Israel doesn't do that either. Congress is reviewing all of our options right now. We have some very aggressive legislation that we're going to push as quickly as possible. It will impose sanctions. And if the ICC moves forward with its absurd warrant arrest or request, this is going to be an even bigger international problem.”
America should punish the ICC and put Kareem Khan back in his place? Quite. But such is the outrage after the massacre at Rafah that Netanyahu has had to at least admit a “mishap”.
AP reports 28th May 2024:
“TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Monday that a “tragic mishap” was made in an Israeli strike in the southern Gaza city of Rafah that set fire to a camp housing displaced Palestinians and, according to local officials, killed at least 45 people.”
Accordingly we now find ourselves at point 5, in the below newspaper clipping.
Ultimately, such flagrant disregard for civilian life and the orders of the court only serves to entrench the cycle of violence, exacerbating and reinforcing the problem. One suspects that this is entirely the point.
3) Provoke WWIII rather than face justice
Exiting the ‘international rules based order’ is but one facet of the globalist warhawk response to the combined ICC and ICJ action. The other is to provoke World War III so that we are all obliged to fight on the side of these globalists against Russia, China and/or Iran, or all three. Only those who are losing stand to gain now by provoking WWIII.
As Radical Media reported 17th April 2024:
There is nothing like a world war to divide the opposition, and unite the public behind a wartime globalist government. And as if on cue GB News reports 23rd May 2024:
“Russia will strike British targets if weapons from the UK are used by Ukraine to hit Russian territory, a Kremlin spokesperson has warned.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova said that British targets "on Ukraine's territory and beyond its borders" could be hit if required.
It comes after Foreign Secretary David Cameron said Ukraine had a right to use weapons provided by London to hit Russian targets.
His comments enraged Vladimir Putin and were cited as one of the reasons why it has opted to hold exercises this month to simulate the launch of tactical nuclear missiles.”
The provocation here is of course former PM and now Foreign Secretary Cameron stating that British weapons can indeed be used by Ukraine to strike inside Russia. This would be an act of war.
The Guardian reports 6th May 2024:
“Russia has threatened to strike British military facilities and ordered its military to hold battlefield nuclear weapons drills in a move the Kremlin described as a response to comments from the French president, Emmanuel Macron, on western troops fighting in Ukraine and from the British foreign secretary, David Cameron, on using British-supplied weapons against Russia.”
Russia, the side that is winning in Ukraine, stands nothing to gain from provoking a wider world war. Putin loses his winning hand if he plays now for a draw, and playing for WWIII would be a draw. This is why Putin remains keen on establishing terms.
The Telegraph reports 24th May 2024
“Vladimir Putin is ready to halt the war in Ukraine with a negotiated ceasefire that recognises the current battlefield lines, Russian sources have said.
The Russian leader had expressed frustration to a small group of advisers about Western attempts to stymie negotiations, three of the sources, who are familiar with discussions in Putin’s inner circle, told Reuters.
They added that he was also vexed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s decision to rule out further truce talks.”
But globalists are not interested in peace. They are only interested in provoking war, so that along with them, Russia and her BRICS allies also do not win. In WWIII everybody loses everywhere, except the globalist parasites in power who only gain as we are all sent to die for them.
In this vein, all manner of provocative and outrageous affronts to our democracy, economy and dignity are being made so that war remains the only card on the table. Here is former UK PM Boris Johnson hosting Azov Nazis in the British parliament while declaring them heroes. Like Cameron above, he also pushes for Ukraine to be allowed to use British weapons to strike at Russia.
In other words, he wishes for the UK to go to war with Russia.

Here is that same PM Johnson raising the Azov Nazi flag in the British parliament.
Humiliating their own countries and staining their parliaments by hosting Nazis is what globalists have become accustomed to.

Now, people say to that in response: ‘yeah but Maajid, there are racists in every country.’ No, the analogy here is imagine, Tucker in America, the KKK had a formal battalion in the US military. That's what we've got with swastikas and Nazi insignia, inside the Ukrainian army...”
4) Nigel Farage too warns of World War III
Some of our politicians are waking up to the looming threat. Recently, Brexit impresario Nigel Farage has stated that he will not be standing in the forthcoming July UK elections, precisely because of his concern about our current regime seeking to provoke a world war.

GB News Broadcaster: “Nigel I have to say, that there was a significant part of your note that you wrote this morning that got a lot of people that are big big fans of yours riled up a little bit, and that was the suggestion, the implication, that the Unites States of America election matters more to you than the United Kingdom General Election”
Farage: “No, the American election doesn’t matter more to me, it matters more to us, it matters more to the world. We are closer now than we’ve been at any point since the Cuban missile crisis to a serious global war”.
GB News Broadcaster: “Nigel, you're a man who's devoted your political career to the importance of domestic politics, domestic elections, and pushing away foreign interference. You're now saying what happens in a different country matters more to this country than our own politics.”
Farage: “World War III matters more to this country than who wins the next election, yes, absolutely. No question about it. And a weak America, we saw the Biden withdrawal, from Kabul. We saw the Taliban taking back over. That was followed by Putin invading Ukraine. The Chinese now rattling their sabres over Taiwan. We're in a very bad place. We need.. we have to recognise the leader of the Western world is America. Whether you like him or not, Donald Trump believes in peace through strength. That must be good for us.”
Farage had also put his reasons into writing.
The danger of a black swan event before our elections is real. The world sits on the edge of a Thucydides trap moment. Those who are awake to globalist designs over our sovereignty must remain weary of any and all calls to pit us against each other internally, while riling the public up for conscription in order to fight in a third world war. With the war in Ukraine, the war in Israel and within their own countries, Globalists are losing the public. One of the only measures that can save them now is sending us all to war. Resist.
